Job Title: Traveling Site Manager – RD/LIHTC Properties
Location: Travel Required (Multiple Properties)
Compensation: $23+/hour (Based on Experience)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Traveling Site Manager to oversee Rural Development (RD) and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties. This position requires travel between multiple sites to ensure compliance, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of RD/LIHTC properties, ensuring compliance with program regulations.

• Oversee leasing, resident relations, and property maintenance coordination.

• Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring organization and compliance.

• Utilize Yardi software for property management tasks (preferred).

• Communicate effectively via Outlook 365 (required).

• Work closely with regional leadership to implement company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property management, specifically RD and LIHTC programs.

• Knowledge of Yardi software (preferred).

• Proficiency in Outlook 365 (required).

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to travel regularly between assigned properties.
